Hello Friends, Here is a chapter abstracted from my new text: Deepening Perspectives on Chinese Medicine. THis is an update of an article I published 30 years ago on the Myth of Emperor Yu which is included in this quarters Empty Vessel Daoist Journal.
In this article I interpret the Emperor Yu’s hero’s journey in quelling the floods as a metaphor for the ego rising out of the unconscious.
