Graduate of Tai Sophia-Five Element Acupuncture (1999); Zero Balancing Certification (1998); Wu Style T'ai Chi and Qi Gong practitioner for over 20 years invited to be a Teaching Diciple in 2002. Served a four month exchange internship in China at the Shanghai University of Chinese Medicine (1995); Completed Lonny's Clinical Integration Class (2006); Continuing education with Jeffrey Yuen for the use of Essential Oils in Chinese Medicine (2010).

Interests

t'ai chi, qi gong, meditation, essential oils, outdoors: bike, hike, kayak; evoloutionary spirituality, spiral dynamics & integral/holistic studies.
