About me
Tracy came to Chinese Medicine more than 20 years ago through an unexpected path originating in political science. She utilizes her previous career knowledge to approach Chinese medicine through a deep understanding of how cultural and societal conditioning informs our unconscious decisions that impact our health. Tracy has served as a leader in the profession through years of service as the president of Maryland Acupuncture Society, Chair of the Council of State Association (current American Society of Acupuncturists), Clinical Pearls editor of the Journal of the American Society of Acupuncturists, adjunct faculty at Maryland University of Integrative Health. She is one of 25 practitioners world wide certified by Dr. Leon Hammer, MD as a lineage holder of the Shen-Hammer Contemporary Chinese Pulse Diagnosis system and currently serves on the board of the Dr. Leon Hammer Legacy Foundation to preserve and promote his lifework.
