About me

Having spent most of his childhood as a patient, and now working as a Health care practitioner, Adam brings a wealth of knowledge and first hand experience to Ancient Ways Healing. At just 18 months old Adam was diagnosed with a rare genetic disease, and for the first 10 years of his life he was a very sick young boy. Even through all of the trials and hardships he endured, Adam knew from early on that he would get well, and when he did he wanted to grow up to help others on their healing journeys. Today, Adam is healthier than ever, and the experiences he had as a sick child have given him a unique perspective on healing, and the healing journey. He knows that we are far more than just our bodies, and that healing is a process we must participate in, in order to achieve the best results. Adam also brings over 10 years of study and practice of various mind-body and energetic techniques including Meditation, Visualization, Qi Gong, Tai Chi, and various Energy Healing modalities. Adam received his Masters of Science in Traditional Oriental Medicine from Pacific College of Oriental Medicine in San Diego, CA. Upon completion of the 4 year program, Adam spent time in China furthering his Acupuncture and Herbal studies at the Chengdu TCM University and Hospital in Chengdu, China. While there, Adam had the chance to study under some of China's most respected Pediatric herbalists and physicians. Adam is a Nationally certified Diplomat of Oriental Medicine as well as a California Board Licensed Acupuncturist. He is also the author of the Children's book, The Hero Inside.
