    Take a Look   I often see this crease on the ear with advanced HBP. Notice how swollen and peeled the tongue is and how yellow the flesh is. Small Intestine is also deeply implicated.     Ropey Pulses

    None more Ropey. Blood stagnation causing neuropathy from binding liver qi. Perscribing Xue fu zhu yu tang. History of anxiety and depression.

    Gua Sha

    Here is a picture of a patient after Gua Sha. She was feeling ill for a year after having a kidney infection and being diagnosed with a rare form of chronic strep. Her pulses were qi and blood deficient and I prescribed Ren Shen Yang Ying tang. Notice how the lungs are outlined.
